Hi, I'm Randy!

Randy Clark brings 40 years of mortgage lending experience and a lifetime of knowledge of Bloomington-Normal to every home loan. Randy began his career as a realtor before transitioning into mortgage lending, giving him a unique perspective on both real estate and financing. 


Randy is licensed to lend in all 50 states and specializes in Conventional, FHA, VA, new construction, and first-time homebuyer programs and grants. He especially enjoys helping repeat buyers and the children and grandchildren of past clients, continuing relationships that have been built over generations. 


For Randy, the best part of lending is the people. And while every step matters, his favorite part of the process is closing day, when he gets to see the excitement of handing clients the keys to their new home. 


A MIRA Hall of Fame member and former Illinois Realtor, Randy has also served as an Illinois Bankers Association instructor and in numerous community leadership roles.
